Amongst the various residential projects being developed in Faridabad is a relatively small project of plots in sector 97. These residential plots in Faridabad sector 97 are being developed as an independent walled and gated residential society by the Swatantrata Land & Finance Co. Ltd and the project is called the SLF Indarprastha Greens. This project consists of 109 affordable plots in Faridabad being developed on a plot of 5.03 acres of land in this lush green sector. The plots are being offered under the terms and conditions of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana a government of Haryana scheme.
