The last few years have seen a massive change coming over the landscaping scene in Greater Faridabad with its numerous construction projects in the categories of high rise apartments and in the category of Independent floors in Faridabad.  With the city expected a population growth of 100% it is but natural that the administration will sanction and prefer the construction and sanction of high density projects in the city.  The construction laws have been changed to allow plots starting from 100 square yards which are being sanctioned under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana to be allowed construction of structures of stilt + 4 Floors.  These floors are spread out over many sectors in Faridabad and we are going to take a look at three of the top independent floors projects in the city.

These independent floors have been built on plots of 260 sq. Yards. There are totally 108 independent ready to move floors in  Faridabad. The floors are built on structures of G + 2 so a total number of three independent floors on one plot. The  construction is A grade. The built-up area of the floors is 1080 sq. Ft.  The ground floor independent Floors have front and rear lawns and the upper floors come with balconies in the front and back. The roof rights are shared between the upper two floors.  The residential units for these floors are in the configuration of 3 BHK with 2 Toilets each.
