The plots under this scheme are available in sizes ranging from 107 sq. yards to 167 sq. yards and are passed for the construction of structures of stilt + 4 floors making them highly suited for luxury builder floors as per the latest construction laws of Haryana.

Amolik 97 Plots

The Amolik Group, one of the major construction groups in Faridabad, is also having a project of affordable plots in Faridabad being developed in sector 97. This project is going to be offering 400 + plots in various sizes ranging from 100 sq. yards to 180 sq. yards. The project is being designed and promoted as an independent walled and gated community.
