Under these provisions the carpet area of the flats is in the range of 485 and 629 sq, ft. Each residential unit has 2 balconies over and above the carpet area of the flat.
The amenities in the project start off with the Security at the gate of the complex. This security is provided 24 hours a day. As per the norms of construction fixed by the authorities the towers are earthquake resistant and have adequate firefighting equipment installed. They have provided paved roads and street lighting. A beautifully designed and landscaped garden has also been provided at the centre of the complex. A children’s play ground has also been installed in the garden. There is also an open gym and water supply has been guaranteed round the clock. A commercial section with shops has also been built to provide for the daily needs of the compound. There is power back up available for the lifts and the general areas in case of emergency.
Location is another important factor for a residential project. In the case of Conscient Habitat it is located at about 14 kms from the border of Faridabad and Delhi and is reachable in fifteen to 20 minutes. It is also not too far from the services of the Delhi Metro and the Bata Chowk Metro station which is just 7 minutes away. The other connections which are important are those with the hospitals and health care services and the schools. These schools are reputed institutions like the Delhi Public School and the Aravali International in sector 81 which is just five minutes away.
