They are going to be connected to the Delhi Metro by local transport and the nearest metro station has been planned at sector 88 on a branch line going out from Old Faridabad into the Greater Faridabad area. There are going to be some excellent healthcare facilities in a range of 5 kms. The Amrita Hospital is now operational in sector 88 and will take the burden of medical care for the majority of the population of Faridabad. There are other hospitals also in the area and some are coming up. For the education of the kids there are already a great number of schools in the Greater Faridabad area. Prices presently for the plots in WTC Project are around 28000 per sq . Yard and the prices are still appreciating and expected to see massive hikes in coming times.
