There are going to be some excellent healthcare facilities in a range of 5 kms. The Amrita Hospital is now operational in sector 88  and will take the burden of medical care for the majority of the population of Faridabad. There are other hospitals also in the area and some are coming up. For the education of the kids there are already a great number of schools in the Greater Faridabad area. Amongst these schools are at least 15 to 20 world class schools like the Delhi Public School, the Modern School etc.

They have planned to make various pockets of closed and gated societies and will provide manned security arrangements at the gates for 24/7. Prices presently for the plots in WTC Project are around 28000 per sq . Yard and the prices are still appreciating and expected to see massive hikes in coming times.
