Water connections and supply assurance round the clock is included. There is a provision for a commercial segment which will have shops which cater to the daily needs of the residents. These shops are also available.  Parking is going to be under the constructed units on stilts or in front of each individual unit. There is a provision for a nursing home also. Garbage collection facility is also to be provided. There are some more amenities which may be added at a later date like a community center and piped gas connection. 


Location of the Project :-


The location of the project in sector 89 is very well considered and chosen. It is one of the sectors which are going to be a beehive of activity and going to see quick appreciation as it is right next to the sector 88 where the Amrita Hospital is going to be operational in a few months’ time.  This sector is just a 15-minute drive from the Delhi Faridabad border and also just a two-minute drive from the Amrita Hospital.  The sector and project are just a ten-minute drive to the nearest Metro station at Badhkal More or Old Faridabad.  The Amrita Hospital is the biggest hospital in the country and is operational and will provide the residents of TDI the Retreats with the much required medical aid facilities. Then there are also at least 10 to 15 schools in the sectors surrounding sector 89 which are good enough to provide education to the kids of the residents of the Retreat. 


Price of the plots in the Project :-


The price of these plots in sector 89 Faridabad is in range of 65000 to 70000 per square yard and prices of such plots are increasing steadily.  Bank Loans are available.
