The plotted project being promoted by the Swatantrata Land & Finance Company is placed in sector 97 one of the latest sectors planned in Greater Faridabad near to the green belt of the city. It is having a good infrastructure of roads and is 15 minutes from the border and the metro connects it to the airports and the Railway Stations in Delhi. For healthcare facilities it is close to the Amrita Hospital the largest hospital in northern India and for the educational facilities there are at least 16 schools in a range of 3 to 4 kms from the site. The Delhi Public School is one of the nearest ones.
