As Faridabad develops the government is expanding the city with new sectors and now the total sectors in the city are nearing 171 in number. However there are still some sectors which are the center for a lot of potentially rich and high class construction like the sector 89.  The sector has many of the most beautiful projects like Anandvilas, Puri Lavender floors: Puri Luxuria; TDI Retreats and many more. This is due to the excellent infrastructure being provided by the Haryana Government in the shape of beautiful network of wide roads of 30 and 60 meters.  These provide for easier access to the various points of the NCR like Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.  On one side the border of Delhi is just 10 minutes away and on the other side the border of UP at Naiad with Faridabad is also reachable in almost the same amount of time. Price for the plots in the Puri Kohinoor is in the range of 62000 to 66000 per sq. yard depending on the location and there is a subsidy of 2.67 lacs available for the taking if certain requirements are met.
