With the development of Faridabad there has been a massive amount of activity in the construction of commercial complexes in Greater Faridabad.  Most of these projects are taking the shape of SCO’s or Shops cum Office complexes. When we talk of connectivity we also consider its connectivity from the Faridabad border. It is just about 15 minutes away from the border of Delhi and Faridabad. The main approach roads are wide and spacious allowing for the faster movement of traffic.  It also has more than 10000 plus residences in a range of 2 kms and also has many more just across the canal in sector 9 and sector 15/16. 

The project is being blessed with a number of outstanding amenities by the Mansha Group. The project is a gated one hence there is security provided at the gate. CCTV monitoring is also being provided along with the gated security arrangements. Paved roads and street lighting are to be included. The structures will be provided with lifts and escalators where necessary. The other inclusions are 24 hour water supply, green areas for beautification; power back up for the lifts, ample parking arrangements for a complex this size with enough parking for the customers as well as the owners of the shops in the complex.  The structures are going to be earthquake proof. 

Presently the price of the SCO in Sector 82 Faridabad is in the range of 110000 to 140000 per square yard and prices are increasing steadily for the commercial projects in Faridabad.
