The Project and the Promoters :-
As the Master Plan of Faridabad 2031 primarily focused on the best possible use of the available land resources in Faridabad it is no surprise that the plan had focused more on the sanction of projects of high rise flats in Faridabad as these projects provide density of population to a limited amount of land space in any given city. The Amolik Group now presents plots in Faridabad in sector 98 which is now under development..This project is being developed under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana a scheme of the Haryana Government and offers 597 plots in different sizes in the range starting from 100 sq yards to 180 sq. yards. Being developed under the scheme the plots are all passed for the construction of stilt + 4 Floors structures making them highly viable option for the construction of independent luxury builder floors. The plots are all going to be in a walled and gated society. This walled and gated project is a project of high density accommodation offering more residential space per square yard or square meter.
Amenities in the Project :-
The Amolik Group is going to provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable life in such a large social group. One of the main amenities and the most important of all is the security of the walled compound. There is going to be manned security at the main entrance of this project. Besides the security they will provide lighting in all common areas and paved roads in the compound. Location of the Project :-
Sector 98 is in a part of the city in which the land has quite recently been acquired by the Government for its expansion. This is bordering on the Green Belt of the city and is quite near to a 1000 acre golf course of international quality being developed in the area. This project is in one of the most pollution free areas of the city. The wide roads give it the connection to the various important points in the surroundings like Noida and Delhi. The Delhi Border is just 15 minutes away and the Noida Border is just also the same distance. There is a metro connectivity to the sector at Badhkal More which is less than 10 minutes away and with the sanctioning of the branch line into the Greater Faridabad area this is likely to improve further. The sector has also the connectivity to the best possible medical services at the Amrita Hospital which is just about 5 minutes away from the sector and is the largest hospital in India presently. There are also some 10 to 15 good schools in the sectors which are attached to sector 98 or just about five to ten minutes away. Price of the plots in the Project :-
The price of the plots in Amolik City 98 is presently in the range of 55000 to 62000 per square yard and the prices are increasing steadily. Bank loans are available and also a subsidy under the DDJAY scheme.
