Sector 98 is one of the 30 new sectors being developed in Greater Faridabad and it is now the center of activity and attraction for many of the best projects being developed in the city during the past few months. This sector is close to the green belt of the region and is also close to a number of new projects like a 1000 acre, 18 hole golf course being developed just 3 kms away. It promises to remain an area which will be pollution free for many years to come because the construction activity at present is going along at a very easy pace in the sector and there are some very classy projects being developed in the sector.
Amongst the various residential projects being developed in this area is a plotted project by the Mansha Group called Mansha Oaks. There is also a provision for a community center which can be built later by the RWA or the builder.
The location of the project is in the sector 98 which is close to the Green Belt of the city. The whole newly developing city has been provided with some very wide roads. Most of the main roads in greater Faridabad are 60 meter or 75 meter wide enabling the faster movement of traffic. The sector is also not far from the Metro transport system which is the life line of the entire NCR. The nearest Metro station at Badhkal More is just about 10 minutes away. It has one of the best hospitals in the country just five minutes drive away in sector 88 called the Amrita Hospital and it also has at least 16 of the best schools in the country in the surrounding radius of 5 kms of the project.
The price of the plots in Mansha Oaks is in the range of 40 to 42000 per square yard and there is a subsidy available under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana scheme of the Haryana Government.
