They are constructed on plots in the sizes of 300 sq. yards and 500 sq. yards and residential units of 3BHK and 4 BHK in different configurations. The floors have been constructed in the format of G + 2 Floors with the ground floor units having front and back lawns. Construction standards are of the best quality with wooden laminated floors and quality fittings in the toilets. Amenities include security, parking in front of units, huge garden, open gym etc. Price range of Puri VIP Floors 65 lacs to 1.25 Crores.
Puri Amanvilas Floors : The third project of Independent floors amongst the top 3 projects would be the Puri Amanvilas floors in sector 89. These floors are constructed on plots of 265 sq. yds. and 300 sq. yds. in structures of G+2 formats and the floors are air conditioned.
