Since centuries owning a home has been a dream of every human being and construction of a home on a piece of land has always been the most favorable way to build that home. As Faridabad is expanding and growing plotted projects are still the most popular means of building these homes and amongst the companies promoting residential project in this format the BPTP is still the leader in the group. BPTP District Plots is a mega project of residential plots in Faridabad being promoted by the BPTP group in two sectors of Faridabad namely sectors 81 and sector 84. The BPTP generally provides all its plotted projects with the following amenities starting with the main security at the gate and also supported with CCTV coverage inside the compound. They provide paved road and gardens at various places inside the compound depending on the number of plots in the project and the how many pockets. They also provide the water supply and the street lights. A commercial section is also included in each pocket for shops. The parking arrangements are generally in the plot under the stilts if it is built in that format or outside the gate of the plot.


Location wise the sectors 81 and 84 are amongst the most centrally located sectors of greater Faridabad and practically in its heart. They have a good connectivity to the Metro System in the city and there are a number of metro stations close by and within a driving range of 5 to 10 minutes at the most. The nearest metro stations are at Bata Chowk and Neelam Ajronda both of which are just about five minutes away. The sectors area also well connected by road and are just about 12 to 13 kms away from the Delhi Border and it takes just about 10 to 12 minutes to drive to the border. 


For medical and educational facilities which are important for any residential project there are at least 16 of the best schools in Faridabad in a radius of about 3 to 4 kms from these sectors. Some of the schools like the Aravali International and the Delhi Public School are just walking distance. For medical facilities there are a number of good hospitals in Faridabad ranging from the Accord Hospital in sector 86 to Amrita Hospital in sector 88. Both of these are amongst the most modern ones in the city.


Price of the District Plots in Sectors 81 and 84 is in the range of 85000 to 88000 to per square yard. There is also a subsidy available on the purchase of these plots under the DDJAY scheme.
